Air Hoover has announced that AL Litvinoff and the Crown have conic to an agreement regarding Russian relief from U.S.A. AI. Litvinoff has conceded all the conditions asked by Air Hoover. The American Relief Organisation will have complete control of supplies from their distribution to their consumption. Air Hoover states that all the principal world relief organisations will co-operate. No public appeal for funds will be made owing to the economic situation in America.
