PROFESSIONAL CONTEST. WELLINGTON, August 15. At the Town Hall, Williams and Dwyer met in a fifteen rounds professional boxing contest. In the earliet rounds each man displayed much cleverness. After tho fourth Williams visibly failed, probably as a result of a heavy left to the body. He lasted till the eleventh, when he went down three times and finally was counted out.
