GERMAN STOCK GAMBLING. BERLIN, Aug. 15. All classes in Berlin are participating in stock exchange gambling. The mania is partly due to a further decline in the value of the mark abroad, *0 through the Government’s heavy buying, and also through an expectation that new taxation will send prices sky high. The brokers are refusing orders received after the first post-. The newspapers are forecasting a terrible crash.
