When he had shot her in the neck, chest, and face he went to the police station and expressed his regret that he waft not sure she was dead. Meanwhile the gipsy friends of the fortune-teller took her to a chemist’s simp. While s he was there a soldier, u ith a hadlv cut face, was brought m. f riends of the soldier accused her of having slashed his face and attacked her. Tibe was rescued, however, hv the police, and is said to intend to change her profession.
