iUSTKALTAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. HAIG’S AVAR NOTES. LONDON, August 12. Lord Haig has handed over to the British Museum his personal war notes as documents of the most immense national and historic interest. He has instructed that they shall not bo opened until 1940.
