Adjourned to he afternoon. WANDERING CATTLE. Borough Inspector (Mr Park) v. AY. White a charge of allowing l horse to wander. Fined 20/- u rid cost--7/-; Same v. W. Pnscoe I horse, fined 20/- and costs 7/-. .MAINTENANCE. Police v.*W. 11. AJerriek for breach of ill ni into nance order. — Adjourned after hearing defendant. A F FILIATION. In an affiliation case hearing plaintiff for whom AH' Alnrdoch appeared the defendant was adjudged flic punitive father, and was ordered to pay ensts £4 Bs. DEBT CASES. In a ca.se in which confession was made by the defendant, late, counsel's fee Cl Is. was allowed Air Alnrdoch. who appeared for plaintiffs.
