Dispatches received at Honolulu from Tokio slates that Japan will insist that the Disarmament Conference shall discuss the Mexican and other American questions in cases where these have not keen settled at the preliminary conference. ' The newspaper “Ashia Shimhun” states* that besides the questions of Japan’s hold over Shantung and Yap, and her occupation of Siberia, Japan ■iill insist that 18 other matters shall ce'ue under the head of issues settled or issues pertaining to a single country, during the Far Eastern Conference.
