The Irish Republican army headquarters has ordered a .suspension ol all subscriptions towards the Irish Republican Army in the Dublin area.

' |)E VALERA’S REPLY. (Received This Day at 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 27. It is stated in Dublin that De Valera is unlikely to send a reply to lion. Lloyd George this week. The explanation given is that de Valera desires to consult all his colleagues. This is impossible while thirteen members ol the Dai] Eireann are imprisoned. It is understood the release of any of these would have been ordered if de Valera had expressed such a wish.
