Clara Kimball Young in "The Eyes of Youth,, to-night. One of the most j sumptuous productions ever screened : in this country is that of “Eyes of Youth,” the big Equity special starring | Clara Kimball Young, supported by her j own company. This film version of Max Maein’s famous stage success is a me- | morable achievement of 1920. The play i eltarmed millions, Ihe picture will en- ] thrall them. The visualisation of the 1 spiritual experiences of a young girl at j tlie threshold of life, by means of the crystal in which she is allowed to see the future and choose her path, is only . one aspect of the story that is gripping , lv unfolded in a series of magnificently ; produced scenes. Incidentally it is the best work lliet the divine Clara has ever done in picture. The latest episode of “The Silent Avenger,” which missed connection on Thursday will also he shown to-niglit.
