Scott, Page and Doggart stopped the rot and advanced the total to 66, causing Macartney and Mailey to come oil. Hie hitters advent was fatal to Seott-Page and the innings closed for 121. The Australians made the runs required without loss. Durham’s innings were continued and McDonald was brought on again and bowled Sqnanee. and though DoggArt held his ground tho rest- of the side failed and all were out for 121. Collins and Mayne made 24 without ioss and the Australians won by ten wickets.
