School ok Forestry. Auckland’s power of agitation is not much less pronounced than its greed, and the northern octopus has succeeded in obtaining from Mr Massey a direction to his colleagues that they aie not to decide the location of the School -of Forestry until he arrives. This means, no doubt, that the Prime Minister will throw the weight of his influence on to the side of Auckland, and there will be a fight between parochialism and political power on the one side and fair play, oommon-sfnse and public policy on the other.
