j On Wednesday and Thursday Mr T. Pollard will present Miss Carrie Laneely and her Melody Maids, in a hie musical programme of vocal ami instrumental items, recitations, and the screening on Wednesday of William Desmond in “Whitewashed Walls” a comedy drama, of live parts. Miss Laueoly is in the first flight of sopranos. Her items include gems from Grand Opera, ballads and national songs. She is ably assisted by Miss Irene Watts, the pianist of the party, who is also a vocalist and monologuist of unusual ability; Miss Doris Middleton, ’cellist -.and Miss decile Stevens, violinist. On Thursday the company will give a complete change of items, and Pollards will screen Sessile TTayaknwa in “The Dragoon Painter.” The prices of admission on Wednesday and Thursday will he circle 3s 2d. downstairs 2s Id children Is Id.
