There are preparations for a conference between Mr de Valera and the Southern Unionist Commons proceeding in Dublin which city apparently is unconcerned at tiic prospects thereof. MORE HOSTILITIES. During the week-end Sinn Feiners attempted to destroy a troop train, but were interrupted by the South Lancashire's. who surprised the rebels, laying six mines on the Great Southern Railway. Six of th 0 rebels were wounded while fleeing. Mines ancl other explosives .electrical apparatus, and a molr were captured. Meanwhile, during the week-end. Irish rebels murdered several, policemen. including two who were previously prisoners and another young constable who recently returned home from his honeymoon.
