At Henley regatta, in tlie finals for the goblets, Jesus College easily defeated Christehureh Oxford. Evken heat Heresford, the holder lor the Diamond Sculls. This was a splendid nice. Evken fouled the booms at the start, but Heresford, like a good sportsman waited for him, Evken winning by a length and a half. The grand challenge cup race resulted—Magdalene (last year’s winners) beating Jesus. In the race for the Thames cup Christiania defeated Corpus Christie.
