Thoughts For The Times
Cop NT it V KCON 0 -\1 It'S. Country town and countryside alike complain of the dominance of the capital and of the harm that such dominance causes their interests; of the drag which it is upon their development. Doth complain that the best goes to th 0 city, and that the city takes toll of the produce of the country, and that country town and countryside alike only get the leavings. How tar is the complaint justified, and, if it is justified, may not the fault lie with country town and countrysid c themselves for neglecting ecenomie rules. In how many cases does the countryside support the country town to the extent it should? To what extent does the country town support the countryside? Support in each instance is used in the business sense.
