In the case of Templeton .'Hid Oxford the number to be elected is seven, in all other cases five. The place of meeting shall be the schoolroom in each district. The Board further directs that the first meeting of each school committee shall be held in the place appointed for the Election, and immediately after the election upon the same evening. The’ Board further calls upon the householders of I each of the districts to send to the Chairman of the school committee (oi the Commissioner as the case may be), in writing, on or before MONDAY, JULY 11th, not later than 8 p.m. the names of the persons, being householders nominated by them for the election to serve upon the Committee. Such nominations must he signed the proposer "and by the candidate and must bo in the form set forth in the Schedule to the Act or to the effect thereof. In addition to such nominations any householder present at the meeting may nominate any qualified candidate who is present at the meeting and who consents by word of mouth or bv writing to be so nominated.
