The Railway Department notify us that new regulations have been made with reference to the mode of ordering trucks from the West Coast for Canterbury. In future the Railway Authorities on the Coast will arrange not only for trucks to load for Otira, but also for ti ucks to load from Arthurs Pass to Addington. Orders for trucns from Arthurs Pass to Addington will not bo accepted at the Christchurch Office.
