The indications arc f<\r easterly winds moderate to strong, freshening to gaie and backing by east to west. Weather cloudy to overcast. Rain probable and snow on high country. The barometer has a falling tendency. Stbls rough; tides moderate off shore. SPECIAL MESSAGE. The Dominion Meteorologist advises as follows:—There are indications of a storm arriving from the south-east, bringing heavy rain and snow on the higher levels.
