AUSTRALIAN ANJ> N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. RIOTING RESUMED. LONDON, June 15. Rioting was ,-esmned in Belfast last night. The streets were sand bagged and snipers fired from windows and housetops. Two dead were picked up in the street and many wounded. SIX MONTHS KILLING. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 15. Sinn Lein claims that the last six months in County Cork, the Crown forces mortality amounted to a thousand. . , „ Dublin Castle says it is less than three hundred for th e whole of Irelan SHOCKING HAPPENINGS. (Received This Dav at. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 15. - Disgraceful scenes took place at Belfast during the funeral, of Constable Sturdy, killed on Sunday. As the procession passed a Sinn Fein quarter, women and girls jeered at the coffin. There were other unseemly demonstrations. As the constables were returning from the funeral a Sinn Fein crowd attacked the constables who opened fire, and several Sinn Feiners were wounded and a girl killed. Sinn Fein incendiaries burned down several buildings in connection with the water supply, including a valuable well house in the Solent Valley. The damage is estimated at £30,000. Though the supply is dislocated, the water board are able to get water from other sources. • An attempt to wreck a troop train a Dublin, by the removal of the rails, was frustrated, though a goods train was derailed.
