SPRINGBOK’S TOUR, The rearranged programme of the South African tour of Australia and New Zealand includes: June 27—Arrive Sidney. July 2—Play Metropolitan at Sydney. July 6—Play country team. July 9—Play New South Wales. July 13—Combined team. July 14 —Leave Sydney. July 18—Arrive Wellington. July 19—Leave for Masterton. July 20—Play Wairarapa and Bush Districts. SOUTH ISLAND TEAM. CHRISTCHURCH, June 15. The following South Island Rugby representatives against the North have been selected: —Full back, Evans (Canterbury) ; three quarters, Phillips (Marlborough), Storey (South Canterbury), and Ford (Canterbury); Five-eighths Jeffs (Otago), and McCormick (Canterbury) ; half, Connolly (Marlborough); Wing-forward, Baird (Southland); Forwards—Duncan (Otago), Ellis (Canterbury), McLean (Buller), Richardson (Ofago),. Turnbull (Otago), Petersen (Canterbury), Whyte (Southland). Emergencies—Backs: Steele and Rus--sell (Westland); Forwards: Snow (Neb son), Scott (South Canterbury).
