COMING AUCTION SALES.
To-morrow (Wednesday) at noon on the premises, Revell Street, in the estate of the late B. Dowell, Messrs Houston and Co. will sell by auction the valuable freehold property comprising the building, formerly Salvation Army Hall, stables and garage, right in the centre of the town, also 18 acres freehold on Kanieri road, two motor cars, iron safe, and motor accessories et c ., a landau and wagonette At 2.30 p.m., the same day at the Overseas Club rooms the whole of the furniture and fittings will be sold by auction.
On Thursday at 2 p.m. on the premises, Weld Street the auctioneers will sell the valuable freehold properties in the state of the late Mrs Dixon, together with the whole of the furniture and effects. Full particulars of the three auctions, appear in our advertising columns.
