Tho Chairman to move:—“That the accounts presented for the month of May, 1921. as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , he passed for payment,” 2. The Chairman to move:—“That all existing Committees be discharged, and tho Council proceed to the appointment of fresh Committees as follows: — (a) Finance Committee: Crs Murdoch (Chairman), Chinn, Morel and Chcsterman.
