During the past eighteen months since Lodge Westland No. 89 Ims been fortunate enough to have a medical officer, the Druids Lodge has increased very rapidly, having trebled its membership during that period. At each change of officers there is keen competition and outside Brothers are fortunate in having their interests so ably attended to. Besides the benefits which are to be derived from being a member attlh present time, several new schemes are shortlv to lie brought forward by the Grand Lodge, one in particular which should appeal to many, namely a housing scheme whereby a brother can borrow a sum for building purposes on a table repayment system extending over 25 years.
