The Outcome of War Finance. On the effect of the war on the financial system of Great Britain, Mr Kiernan, an Knglish economic authority, states that "if people once face, or nr? made to lace, the fact that the onlv way out of the present difficulties is to return to pre-war financial conditions and that such a return can only be made by exercising thrift, parsimony, economy and hard work, then a beginning will have been made ton aids solving all 'lie problems which have arisen” out of the derangement of the finances.”
