SILESIA TROUBLE

It is reported that Government is con sidering a new plan to meet the Silesian situation, whereby Germany will be guaranteed two-thirds of the coal production in the areas conferred upon 1 oland under the plebiscite, proposal will probably be submitted to t J Supreme Council at Boulogne on Fnday.
