STUFFING ALL THE WAY. BERLIN, March 12. The first batch of plebiscite voters from Germany arrived in Upper Silesia this morning, the Government sparing no expense to make the excursion a delightful holiday. The voters travel in special trains, well warmed, and are provided with a bountiful supply of food. In fact, they appear to have been stuffing all the way. Perhaps to encourage the others .a writer in the Berlin Press describes with enthusiasm the “beautiful, white bread, the splendid liver-sausage” given to each voter at the railway station. Lftter on the journey the voters found a meal—“perfect rice soup, with mutton.” At four in the morning was "another good warm meal with strong coffee and heavenly white rolls.”
