INDIAN SHRINE AFFRAY. ALLAHABAD, Feb. 28. A morions affray occurred at Nankann (tile site of a Sikh shrine in the Runjab). Many persons were killed and the corpses of the victims (apparently Sikhs) were being burned when the Deputy Commissioner of Sheikhpura arrived.
