AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. GERMAN PROPOSITIONS'. PARIS, April 24. The German Cabinet terminated this morning, after a long sitting. Tt was unable to agree upon the nature of the propositions to he sent to President Harding. The Cabinet will reassemble on Monday. A GERMAN OFFER 'Received This Day at 8 a.m.) BERLIN, April 24. Government have sent new proposals to Mr Harding for transmission to the ■Allies, including the payment of a larger sum by means of an international loan as well as labour and materials for rebuilding the devastated areas, and taking over the Allies indebtedness to America. MR HARDJNG’S. INTENTIONS. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) ’ WASHINGTON, April 24. Mr Harding has been made honorary President of the pan-Paeifie Union. He has expressed his intention, if his duties permit, to attend the World s Press Congress at Honolulu.
