Horne presided in Hon Lloyd George’s absence. Ari adjournment was made till to-mor-row, when Hon Lloyd George presides. TYROLESE PLEBISCITE. (Received This Day at 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 25. The plebiscite in Tyrol was unauthorised, and was taken in defiance of the Vienna Government and Allies, who will not perm it the union. TYROL PLEBISCITE RESULT. VIENNA, April 25. The Tyrol plebiscite result is 112 thousand votes in favour of annexation by Germany and To thousand votes against.
