DRAFT OF COMMEMORATION programme. The following is the draft programme for the commemoration of Anzac Day in Hokitika next Monday week: lO.ld a.m.—Military Parade at Drill Shod,-JBand, Veterans, Returned Soldiers, Territorials, Senior Cadets, Pipers, Nurses, Boy Scouts Firemen, Schools, Local Bodies, Friendly Societies etc. 10.30 a.m.—Church Services, as may be arranged by the respective denomi-
nations. 11.40 a.m. —Reassembly of Parade in Stafford Street at Pioneers’ Memorial. March to Cass Square, to site of Westland Great War Memorial. Noon—Public Memorial Service. ORDER OF SERVICE. |. Hymn, “The Old Hundredth”. 2. Reading of Psalm by Clergy. 3. —Prayer by Clergy. 4. Selection by Band in Memory of Fallen, during which wreaths will be deposited on memorial foundation. 5. Public Addresses. Revd. T. N. Cuttle, of St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Greymouth, who saw war service, will lie the principal speaker at tlio public gathering. G.—- National Anthem to !>e sung. Subsequently liienioral wreaths will be deposited at the Clock Tower to the memory of the Westland soldiers who died in the South African campaign.
