AUCKLAND, This Day. ft is aiitlioritivoly stated that the New Zealand Rugby League team cannot participate in the Australian tour to England, as proposed by the New South Wales League, neither will a New Zealand team visit Sydney this season, though the arrangements were practically completed, owing to an arrangement that the profits of the tour be equally divided amongst the players, this being a breach of the New Zealand Longue constitution. Mr McLean (President) and Air Oakley (Secretary) of the Rugby League, stated'they realised at once that participation in the Australian tours would he a direct broach of thoir own constitution.
