TUESDAY, APRIL 12th. NOTICES OK MOTION. 1. The Chairman to move: “That the accounts for the month of March, 1921, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to C he passer! for payment.” 2. —The Chairman to move: “That tin 1 necessary resolution ho adopted empowering the Council to borrow hv way of overdraft from the Bank of New Zealand, such overdraft to be secured by the revenue outstanding and payable as at 31st March, 1921.” 3. The Chairman to move: —“That the list of proposed new works for Government grants as now before the Council he adopted, and application for the various votes he forwarded to the respective Departments for consideration, and attention in due course.” 4. Cr. Chinn to move:—“That the Minister of Public Works he urged to authorise the expenditure of the grant for small bridges on the main south road, labor for same being available in the district.”
