The arrangements for the .social and dance in the Drill Hall to-morrow night tendered to His Excellency the Gover-nor-General and party, .have been completed. The public entrance will be l, v way of the Town Hall. The ladies dressing room will be on the top floor, and the Council meeting room will t-' reserved for gentlemen. The floor is in excellent..order and the music will bo supplied by the Royal Orchestra. During the evening, musical items will be supplied by Miss Perry and Mr W. Shand.
