JUDGE’S STRONG COMMENTS. (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, April G. Action against Whiteworth’s executors cabled on 23rd was dismissed with costs. Justice Eve said the odious disgraceful conduct charged against the attendants was entirely disapproved. The attitude of plaintiffs in their persistent charges, was an outrage. There was no evidence of the testator’s mental capacity. Mrs Uniacker’s interests were properly looked after.
