The “Times” Cairo correspondent stateas it is reliably reported from Palestine that the future of Trans-Jor-danin is settled, as a result of an arrangement with Emir Abdullah. The independent areas will be united in one central administration Government; shortly to be convened, which will not take action without the collaboration of Abdullah. A Constantinople correspondent stales the Greeks under estimated the strength of the Turks and attacked Kskishehrin with an insufficient force. Their losses were of the heaviest.
