The results of the West Coast Tournament played in (I rev mouth are as follows: —-

Mon's Championship singles, final—--1,. Govich (Hokitika) beat Schadiek (Westport) 8-(5, 6-3. This was a magniiioont game and drew a much laigei crowd of onlookers than ally game played in Greymouth. Schadiek suffered from cramp at the end of the game which militated against his play. Gooch played splendidly. Ladies Championship singles, final Miss Moore (Hokitika) beat Mrs hair (Westport) 0-1, 0-0- Miss Moore who has been playing very consistently in the tourney proved too good for her opponent. Novice Handicap men’s. —Beswtck (Westport) beat Jamieson (Greymouth) 60-42. The winner is a very promising player and showed very good form. Men’s Doubles Championship.—Denncliy and Bundle (Grey) Unit Schadiek and Dr. Monson (Westport) 4-6, 6-1, 6-3.

Combined Championship—Miss Moore and Mr McCaskill (Hokitika), heat Mrs A. Garth (Grey) and Mr Gooch 'Hokitika) 9.0. Ladies Championship doubles. —Miss Moore (Hokitika), and Mrs McCarthy (Greymouth) beat Mrs McCaskill and Miss Lewis (Hokitika) 9-4. Men’s Handicap doubles.— Dennehy and Bundle (Grey) ow e 20 Unit Fogg (Waiuta) and Wilby (Reefton) rec. 18. 50-48. Ladies Handicap doubles.—Mrs Baldwin and Mrs Lawn (Grey) scr. beat. Mrs Fair and Miss Conway (Westport) scr. Ladies Single Handicap.—Unfinished throe remain in, Mrs Fair (Westport) Miss Findlay (Westport) and Miss Wvldc (Greymouth).
