A Russian parliamentary committee in a strongly worded protest against the Anglo-Russian trade agreement says it is equivalent to recognition of the Soviet Government. When the National Government is established it will repudiate it, and regard it as a hostile act. The agreement will only prolong the Russian agony by encouraging Bolshevism. Beware of imitations.
