THE COUNCIL. The Legislative Council met at | 2.30 p.m. The Council continued the debate on the address in reply, which was agreed to without discussion. THE HOUSE. The House met at 2.30 p.m. After the transaction (3’ formal business, the House resumed the debate on the Addness-in-Reply. Air Masse v announced he regarded Mr Milford’s amendment as a motion of no-confid-ence. The debate was continued by Messrs S'idev, Forbes Xosworthy, Lysnar, ATalcolm, Masters, Smith (Tn.rinaki) and Afitchell.
The debate was adjourned on the motion of Mr Tsitt and the House rose at 11.50 p.m.
