Moss, K.C. will act as Agent-General for Western Australia during the absence of sir James Connelly on holiday leave. Mr Moss will lie remembered as a former’resident of this town when he was a partner in the legal firm ot Lewis and Moss, and also fo* some years a member of the Hokitika Borough Council. At Grcymouth Magistrate’s Court this morning Mr C. R. Orr Walker delivered his reserved judgment in the motor car-motor cycle collision case on the Pnroa road on New Year s day. His Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff A. E. White (All- Murdoch) for £IOO damages and court costs £8 Bs., Counsel’s fee £lO 1 Os., against the defendant Theo Schaef (Air Joyce). The counter claim by Schaef against AAUiite was dismissed.
