TURKISH TERMS.

The Greeks hav 0 substantially accepted the terms of the Allies (as already fabled), subject to certain modifications. Sami Bey returns to Angora to consult bis Government. « The Greeks are also returning to obtain tbe sanction ot their Government. The Supreme Council will remain in session until it hears the result.
CONSTANTINOPLE. GIVEN UP. LONDON, March 11. The .“Daily Chronicle” says modifications of the Sevres Treaty include the Allied evacuation of Constantinople and the demobilisation of th ( > Straits, Allied garrisons being maintained only at Gallipoli and Chanak. Tbe Turks, it says, will be allowed to co-operate with an Allied Financial Control Commission.
The Turkish sovereignty over Smyrna will be maintained by the Turkish' flag. The Turks will be guaranteed free use of the port of Smyrna. Both elements of the population there ar e to be safeguardd. The independence of Armenia will be fully guaranteed,
