STOCKHOLM, March 10

A Helsingfors report confirms the statement that the Soviets have recaptured Krasuaiyakorka fortress, near K ronstadt.

It also stated ’Trotsky is directing the fortress guns there, and which are able to defend Petrograd from th c Kronstadt rebels’ fire.

RUSSIAN REPORTS. CON EJECTING STATEMENTS. “ THE TIMES ” SERVICE (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, March 10. The “Times” Riga correspondent states a Bolshevik wireless admits the situation of the forces- at Gatschina, Krasnvesels and Oranienbaum is worse. Kronstadt troops are advancing and the Bolsheviks retreating 13 miles. A regiment of cavalry defeated the revolutionaries who assert that food and clothing has arrived at Kronstadt by sen from Western Europe.

Negotiations at the Russo-Polish peace conference have ceased. Abo reports there is a ferment through Russia. Petrograd is badly damaged from the artillery duel.

Trotskv has issued urgent orders to send the’whole south-west army to Moscow. The Commissary telegraphed that be could not trust the troops and demanded special instructions. Helsingfors reports state Kronstadt shells destroyed the railway between Marionnbauma and Krasnavagorka, and also between Oramienbum and Petrograd.
