She.was attended by two sisters, Jessie and A lav, as bridesmaids, both attired in salmon pink voile, with French trimmings, these pretty dresses being set off by the black tulle hats they wore. Bride and bridesmaids carried bouquets of white flowers. Air John AVoolhouse acted as best man, while Air Harry AVoolhouse carried out the duties of groomsman. After the ceremony the guests were entertained at the residence of the bride’s parents, where a sumptuous breakfast was served, the usual toasts being proposed and honoured. Air and Mrs McLean left shortly afterwards for Russell, where the honeymoon is being spent. The bride’s travelling costume was grey, with hat to match.

The bride was the recipient of many monetary and beautiful presents.

During the evening, with the arrival of many young people, a very pleasant time was spent, and the hostess, who looked very becoming in a black silk dress trimmed with gold braid, received the guests in her usual cheery manner. After a very enjoyable evening with sungand dance the guests partook of a dainty supper, and with just one more toast to the bride and bridegroom. a very enjoyable function came to a close.
