Government has broken the railways and isolated Kronstadt.

Lenin and Trotsky have issued a manifesto to Bolshevik patriots calling on them to assist the Government in punishing the rebels, Kosloskv, an artillery commander, seized the fleet and arrested the commissary, and put the President of the Soviet Council in chains.

Reports front Viborg state a number of sailors landed at Kronstadt and occupiod a small part of Oranienbaum driv- 1 ing out the Bolsheviks. Another portion of the' fleet ascended the Neva and sailors landed at Petrograd and attacked the Reds. Many garrisons joined the sailors. Then the remainder of the Reds withdraw towards Gathehina where Trotsky and the chief Bolsiievik command are concentrating forces to march on Petrograd where extensive fires are reported.
