A .permit had to he issued to Harris an English featherweight, to engage in contests in New Zealand. w
Correspondence from Nelson stated that a new asociation had been formed there, and asked for affiliation.
\ reply was sent that as Nelson was under the jurisdiction of the AA’ellingtim Centro, the application must come through that body. The Secretary of the Millerton Association wrote objecting to the affiliation of the Granity Association, as Grimily was only three miles from Millerton. It was decided to refer the matter to the Centro for a report.
Napier and Blackball Associations were affiliated.
