'Hie Chamber of Commerce meeting for this evening 'has been postponed for a week. To-day is St David’s Day. -The Cambrian Society will mark the occasion with a special Church service in the Christchurch Cathedral next Sunday afternoon. Complaints were rife last night and previous evenings as to the ill-lit condition of suburban streets.
