LATE LOCALS.
The Pacific Cable Board announce that from the Ist proximo, week-end telegrams which are to ho telegraphed throughout may again ho exchanged with Canada. The acceptance in the United Kingdom of week-end messages for New Zealand may also be resumed on that date.
