THE INDIAN AGITATION. ' DELHI, Fob. 24. Trouble lias arisen at Nagpur. It '.vns the outcome of the mm-Co-opera-tors activities. The croud stormed the police when they were trying to dispel them witli drawn swords. Many were injured in the melee. The mob raided and demolished a number of liquor stores. The troops are guarding the civil population. Reinforcements are arriving. A meeting of the European and Indian rnilwaymen at Allahabad have declared in favour of a strike on Monday, unless their demands are granted. A committee of enquiry has been appointed. The situation at Tonlt is still unsettled and more arrests have been made. * An official inquiry is proceeding there as to the cause of the trouble.
