The top figures are tho mare Quintanona 525 guineas, Gadcsin with Woornk foal 2,500. The stallion AVoornk was passed in 2,200 guineas. STRONG TALK. MELBOURNE, Feb 25. Speaking at the annual meeting of the Railways Union, the General Secretary declared when the Union had reached its maximum strength, unless it got what it wanted it, would use such strength as it thought fit. When combined with the One Big Union they would be able to dictate the terms and if the governing classes tried to put them further into slavery they would press for an industrial republic. He alleged a well-known American strikebreaker was working for the employers. ’
