PERSIAN TROUBLES. (Received This Day at 12.20 p.m.) DELHI, Fob 22Three thousand Cossacks from Knjm with two batteries of guns, Rka Khan Sardtr commanding, captured Teherran at midnight on the -20th without any serious resistance. The Cossacks were met at Mehrahad near Teheran by Persian and British officials. Khan announced the intention of establishing <> military Government with a view o defending the Persians against the Bolshevists, after the withdrawal of the British trops. There, were a few casualties in the. street fighting. The Cossacks are policing the streets and guarding the foreign legations lhe town is quiet. The bazaars are closed.
