THE DUKE’S VISIT. 1 (Keeci-.vd this d:.v at 12.25 p.m) DELHI; February 21. Tho Duke of Connaught is visiting Bombay. As a result of non-co-opera-tion propaganda, almost a complete holiday was observed. The city shops are closed and few vehicles plying in the streets. Nevertheless tlier e were great crowds along the decorated route to the Government house, who heartily cheered the Duke’s progress.
